Acceptance of your order
Orders will be processed within 24 hours during a normal working week. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
Payments
Payments can be made through our shopping cart using your credit card or debit card. Our credit card processor are Paypal - one of the biggest and most trusted processors in New Zealand and easy to use online payment platform - Stripe commerce solutions.
Shipping and Tracking your Order
- We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 within New Zealand.
- Standard shipping charge of $8 will be applied for an order below $100 within New Zealand.
- Sale shipping charge of $10 will be applied for All 50% Sale Purchases within New Zealand.
- Standard shipping charge of $30 will be applied for an order from Australia.
- All goods will be sent by Track and Trace method. We will email you with departure and Track and Trace details.
- A signature will be required on delivery.
- Delivery will be within 3 to 5 days from confirmation of your order.
- Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately via email.
- Please note we cannot courier to a PO Box number.
Returns and Exchanges
- All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before being dispatched.
- If for any reason you are not satisified with your purchase please contact us immediately by email to glen@beetees.co.nz or phone (03) 546 8700.
- Once you have notified us and we have responded, you must return the item within 5 days for refund or exchange.
- Goods must be received in original condition, unworn, with tags attached.
- Correctly returned goods will be credited to the credit card of the original purchaser within 7 days or alternately exchanged.
Privacy Policy
- We will never ask for any more information than is necessary for us to provide a complete service to you.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others. We hold a record of your name and address of each order on our online shop system which will not be used for any other purpose unless you request us to add your details to our VIP customer base.
